Shaprz is a BIM studio based in Morocco, created in 2023.

We specialize in Building Information Modeling for architecture and construction projects across all phases.

We support architectural firms, engineers, and developers by delivering reliable, compliant, and usable 3D models.

Shaprz comes from the word “shapers.”

Because we don’t just model .. We shape ideas into structured, coordinated models that meet real project constraints.

Over a decade of expertise in BIM and digital transformation, the people behind this project have shown one clear truth: successful projects are built on precision, collaboration, and innovation.

Shaprz. was born from a simple belief: technology should not complicate projects, it should empower them. Our role is to transform complex processes into clear and reliable workflows. Coordination des différents lots techniques et détection des conflits pour une exécution fluide sur chantier.

Modélisation BIM complète

Création de maquettes 3D intelligentes et précises à partir de plans 2D ou de relevés scan-to-BIM.

Gestion BIM

Élaboration et suivi des conventions BIM, des BEP et du processus de collaboration interdisciplinaire.

Scan-to-BIM

Transformation des nuages de points en maquettes exploitables pour la rénovation et la réhabilitation.

Rendus et visualisations

Production d’images réalistes, de visites virtuelles et de présentations interactives pour valoriser les projets.

Support et formation

Accompagnement des équipes sur les outils BIM (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) et sur la structuration de leurs processus internes.
